Class: Trail Running for Beginning Runners with Corvallis Parks and Rec

We partner with Corvallis Parks and Rec to Offer this Class aimed at helping new runners build up to being able to run a 5k.

We have partnered with Corvallis Parks and Recreation to offer this structured class to help new and returning runners build up to being able to complete a 5k. This class is meant to help provide structure as runners work through a 5k training plan.


This class is aimed for those who can walk 1-3 miles and are beginning to build skill. We know from experience that starting running can feel very vulnerable and aim to create a highly supportive environment as you build up strength and speed.


Classes last 9 weeks and offered in Fall and Winter. Look for us in Parks and Rec activity guide!
