

Class: Intermediate Trail Running with Corvallis Parks and Rec
We have partnered with Corvallis Parks and Recreation to offer Intermediate Trail Running Course
This class is aimed at providing structure to help newer runners and those willing to build up from being able to complete a 5k to being able to build up to a 10k. This class is meant to be paired with a 10k training plan, and will introduce participants to a wide sample of the Corvallis Trail System.
This course will be Saturday mornings for 8weeks, starting in April. Participants should be able to run most of a 5k with walking breaks if need be. We will work on building up strength and endurance in a relaxed and supportive environment.
More expereince runners who are interested in getting to know local trails are also welcome.
